Marketing Balloon

After launching Balloon at the end of May the app saw low organic engagement through June limiting feedback and App Lab analytics critical to measuring user sentiment, performance and time spent.
Targeting Quest users in Reddit and Facebook communities, I found a combination of pre-weekend posts noting the game was mixed reality and free engaged forum users looking for a departure from traditional VR games. Feedback like this from users recognizing the benefits of our room scale design helped to validate our design decisions and benefits we wanted users to experience, βAt times i'd say you can even consider a workoutβ
