Soccer Game Log fills a critical gap in youth soccer: real-time score tracking, timekeeping, and player stats—including non-scoring players—so parents and coaches don’t have to rely on memory alone. During the summer 2024 season, I developed and launched the MVP for iOS, gathering weekly feedback from beta testers across recreational and competitive leagues. My role encompassed end-to-end product management, user feedback loops, business model exploration, and AI features scoping for a future release. The result? A 5-star-rated app that debuted at #105 on the Apple Sports chart and continues to evolve with new capabilities planned for 2025.
